About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Investment Banking Intern located in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in financial analysis, model creation, and valuation assessments for potential investments.
- Conduct due diligence.
- Prepare pitch decks and transaction materials.
- Perform market research.
- Support senior team members in coordinating and executing strategic transactions.
- Gain hands-on experience in capital raising, M&A, and other advisory services.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Knowledge of finance and investments principles.
- Experience or familiarity with due diligence processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
