About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site barista role located in Mysore, Karnataka, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, speciality drinks, and ice cream items.
• Follow company recipes and quality standards.
• Operate coffee equipment.
• Assist with basic food preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organised service area.
• Restock supplies.
• Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments.
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Work closely with team members to support smooth store operations.
• Follow hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Barista skills.
• Experience with beverage preparation in a café or similar environment.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Clear communication skills.
• Basic food preparation skills.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and using point-of-sale systems.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a café, bakery, or restaurant setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
