Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, ambitious and entrepreneurial Founder’s Office Intern who will work directly with the Founder and core team on strategic initiatives, product development, business growth and day-to-day operations. This role offers an opportunity to understand how a startup is built from the ground up, participate in important business decisions and take ownership of real projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Founder’s Office & Strategic Operations
• Work closely with the Founder on daily business priorities.
• Assist in strategic planning and execution.
• Prepare business reports, presentations and research documents.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups and internal tasks.
• Track important company goals and milestones.
• Product Research & Development
• Research the legal technology market and competitors.
• Identify new product opportunities and user requirements.
• Assist in defining features and product roadmaps.
• Coordinate with UI/UX designers and developers.
• Help improve Addvokate's user experience.
• Business Development & Growth
• Identify potential partnerships with law colleges, universities and law firms.
• Research and generate B2B leads.
• Assist in outreach, pitching and partnership development.
• Explore monetization and revenue opportunities.
• Support user acquisition and growth strategies.
• Marketing & Brand Development
• Assist in LinkedIn and social media strategies.
• Develop marketing campaigns and content ideas.
• Coordinate promotional activities and product launches.
• Build brand awareness among law students and legal professionals.
• Market & Competitor Research
• Analyze platforms such as LinkedIn, Lawctopus, LawRato and other legal technology products.
• Identify competitor strengths, weaknesses and market gaps.
• Prepare market research reports.
• Suggest innovative features and business strategies.
• Operations & Execution
• Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain documentation and progress reports.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely execution.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship and technology.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of business development and marketing.
• Research and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint and project management tools.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred: Candidates interested in legal technology, product management, business strategy, growth and startup operations.

Internship Compensation

• Month 1: Unpaid
• Month 2: Unpaid
• Month 3 - 6: ₹6,000/month

Total stipend for the final four months: ₹24,000.
