International non voice process

About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and dedicated candidates for International Non-Voice and Semi-Voice processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international customer queries through email, chat, and other digital communication channels.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
• For semi-voice roles, handle customer interactions through a combination of voice and non-voice channels.
• Meet assigned productivity, quality, and performance targets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
• Candidates must have a clean employment background with no absconding history.

Qualifications

• 10+2 / Intermediate / Any Graduation.

Salary Package

• Non-Voice Process: Up to 3.5 LPA
• Semi-Voice Process: Up to 4 LPA
• International voice process (Graduation mandatory): Up to 3.7 LPA
