Job Details
- Location: Mulund, Mumbai (Hybrid Work)
- Shift: Fixed US Night Shift (Mandatory)
- Work Week: 5 Day Work Week (Saturday fixed off, one rotational off)
- Salary: ₹4 – ₹7 LPA + High Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with parents & students in the US market
- Qualify leads & understand needs
- Schedule trial classes
- Follow up & convert enrollments
- Achieve weekly / monthly targets
- Update CRM / lead details
Preferred Candidate Background
- International BPO / US Voice Process
- Inside Sales / Telesales / Lead Conversion
- EdTech Sales / Academic Counselor
- Strong English Communication
