About the Role
You will be a part of the Healthcare Management team responsible for the administration of hospitals, outpatient clinics, hospices, and other healthcare facilities. This includes day-to-day operations, department activities, medical and health services, budgeting and rating, research and education policies and procedures, quality assurance, patient services, and public relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding the business processes, operations, and interactions of third-party administrators of prescription drug programs.
- Understanding the processes used to manage programs for payers.
- Processing and paying prescription drug claims.
- Developing and maintaining the formulary.
- Contracting with pharmacies.
- Negotiating discounts and rebates with drug manufacturers.
- Solving routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Working with detailed instructions on all tasks.
- Making decisions that impact your own work under close supervision.
- Contributing as an individual contributor within a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.

- BCom
- Any Graduation
- Bachelor of Pharmacy
