Key Responsibilities
- Configure, Design, Build, Test, and Deploy core SAP SD changes/enhancements.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
- Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
- Handle changes or emergency transports for high priority issues.
- Act as a liaison with business for troubleshooting; investigate, analyze, and solve SAP problems.
- Create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprinting and present them to the client.
- Create Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Business Process Procedures (BPP) for solutions.
- Configure SD Master Data, billing, pricing, ALE, and ATP.
- Integrate the SD module with other SAP modules and external applications.
- Participate in Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide user support activities.
- Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls.
- Maintain cordial relationships with the onsite team/client.

Qualifications
- Self-starter requiring little or no supervision.

- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and provide appropriate system solutions.
