About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Risk Analyst to support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of business and financial risks. You will assist in analyzing risk data, preparing reports, and helping ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and monitoring operational and financial risks.
- Analyze risk data and prepare reports for management review.
- Support the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and document findings.
- Monitor compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address risk-related issues.
- Maintain accurate risk documentation and support audit activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Risk Management, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in risk analysis, finance, compliance, or related roles is an advantage.
