- You are the bridge between our clients and our tech team. Your job is to listen to what a client wants, write it down clearly, and help our developers build it!
Key Responsibilities
- Talk to clients to understand their needs and turn those ideas into simple project blueprints.
- Take notes during meetings, send summaries (MOM), and keep our project tasks updated in JIRA.
- Create simple PowerPoint slides and sketches (wireframes) to show the client our progress.
- Test our apps before the client sees them to make sure everything works perfectly.
- Help the team estimate how long tasks will take and make sure we hit our deadlines.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- You have to be a clear communicator (verbal and written) and a great listener.
- You have to enjoy digging into details to find solutions.
- You have to be pro at Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- You have to be organized, curious to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
