About the Role
SPX Technologies is seeking a Commercial Strategy Associate Intern to support business objectives through data analysis, process standardization, and strategic reporting. This internship offers hands-on experience in commercial strategy, with opportunities for collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentors.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Pricing: Document, analyze, and capture the pricing process to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Product Management Processes: Standardize and document processes to support consistent execution and alignment across teams.
- Market Monitoring: Track key market indicators and develop regular reports to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Performance Modeling and Dashboards: Create models and dashboards to analyze product performance, enabling data-driven business strategies.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
- Interest in commercial strategy, product management, or market analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
Working Environment
- This role operates on a hybrid model, with three remote workdays and two in-office days.
