About the Role

FurnaceAssociates is seeking a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate based in Bengaluru. This role focuses on providing high-quality heating and furnace solutions for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers.
• Explain product features and benefits.
• Recommend appropriate furnace and heating solutions.
• Generate leads.
• Conduct in-person and phone consultations.
• Prepare quotes.
• Follow up on inquiries.
• Close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure smooth installations.
• Stay informed about product updates and market trends.
• Work on a commission-based compensation structure.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills: ability to listen actively, understand needs, and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Solid sales and negotiation capabilities: prospecting, presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
• Basic product and technical understanding related to heating or building systems, or demonstrate the ability to learn technical information quickly.
• Good organizational and record-keeping abilities: managing leads, tracking follow-ups, and using sales or CRM tools effectively.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in field or retail sales is beneficial.
• Comfort working on commission-based compensation is beneficial.
• Fluency in English and local languages is beneficial.
• A high school diploma or higher education in business or a related field is beneficial.
