About the Role

Last Minutes Deal is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Marketing Interns for a full-time, remote internship. This role is primarily for BBA and MBA students looking to gain practical experience in sales, marketing, business development, and startup operations within the travel-tech sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with outreach to hotels, resorts, villas, camps, and other accommodation partners.
• Support sales activities, lead generation, follow-ups, and relationship management.
• Help prepare professional messages, emails, and sales presentations.
• Contribute to social media campaigns, digital marketing activities, and promotional initiatives.
• Conduct basic market research to identify business opportunities and understand industry trends.
• Maintain lead trackers, spreadsheets, campaign records, and performance reports.
• Support partner onboarding, internal coordination, and training activities.
• Participate in team meetings, learning sessions, and discussions on sales and marketing strategies.
• Share ideas to improve partner acquisition, brand visibility, and business growth.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a BBA, MBA, or a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, marketing, business development, entrepreneurship, or the travel and hospitality industry.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a startup environment.
• Basic knowledge of email, spreadsheets, presentations, and online collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a remote team.
• Previous experience is not mandatory; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
