About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Events & Community Management Internship based in Noida. The intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of community events, meetups, and campaigns for creator and marketer communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage event logistics.
• Assist with registrations and attendee communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Engage with community members across online and offline channels.
• Respond to queries and gather feedback.
• Help maintain an active, inclusive environment.
• Assist with event marketing activities.
• Provide basic reporting on event performance.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen community relationships and engagement.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfortable working on-site in Noida.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with digital tools for communication and event coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Ability to engage professionally and empathetically with diverse community members.
• Event Planning and Event Marketing skills.
• Basic Sales and relationship-building skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A background or strong interest in influencer marketing, community building, or the creator economy is highly beneficial.
• Relevant coursework or prior internships are a plus.
