Role: KYC / Sanction Screening / CPE / Fraud Analysis
Key Responsibilities
- Perform KYC / Sanction Screening and Fraud Analysis.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence reviews of new and existing clients across various client types.
- Perform ongoing customer due diligence according to AML and KYC/Sanction/Fraud/CPE standards.
- Conduct screenings for PEP, adverse news, and sanctions matches.
- Identify and report discrepancies or issues in EDD processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process CPE (Customer Process Execution).
- Deliver consistent, high-quality, and accurate service outcomes.
- Maintain awareness of key risks and controls.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and experiment with improved ways of working.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Banking domain experience.
- Strong expertise in KYC/Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.
- Exposure to the Mortgage Loans industry.
- Hands-on experience in onboarding, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and customer verification within banking and mortgage operations.
- Experience with AML legislations across NA, EU & APAC jurisdictions.
Qualifications
- University graduate.
- BCOM/MCOM (Finance education is mandatory).
- Minimum 0-6 years related banking, compliance, audit experience.
- Minimum 0-5 years specific experience relating to client onboarding and/or customer due diligence processes.
- Openness to work in all shifts; early morning shift flexibility is mandatory.
