About Rezultra
Rezultra is a growth and digital marketing agency in Bengaluru. They run performance marketing, CRM, analytics, and web for clients as one system, measured against revenue. Their design is minimal, type-led, and built around a tight brand system.
What You'll Work On
- Ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other platforms, in multiple sizes
- Social posts and carousels for Rezultra and clients
- Landing page and website visuals with the web team
- Pitch decks, proposals, and one-page reports
- Simple diagrams and charts that explain marketing data clearly
What We're Looking For
- A portfolio that shows clean layout and good typography (student or personal work is fine)
- Working knowledge of Figma and/or Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- An eye for detail: alignment, spacing, and consistency matter
- Comfort taking feedback and turning revisions around quickly
- Bonus: motion basics (After Effects, CapCut) or an interest in performance marketing
