Mechanical Equipment Engineer

About the Role

The Engineer's purpose is to contribute to design and engineer reliable, cost-effective, and safe engineering solutions that support the projects and the organization's operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the selection of methods and procedures, performance of the work, and optimization of the design within the scope of the specifications, in compliance with international codes, company and industry standards and regulations.
• Responsible for planning and completing activities and deliverables within an agreed timeframe, as well as for ensuring system interfaces.
• Ensure that your Scope of Work is delivered in accordance with both the contractual requirements and SBM’s internal requirements.
• Ensure applicable lessons learned are used, understanding the change impact within and across project system boundaries.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and third parties, in accordance with contractual requirements and SBM’s internal requirements.
