About the Role
Join NES at an exciting time as a Talent Acquisition Trainee. NES Advantage, part of the NES Fircroft Group, provides workforce solutions to global engineering sectors including Renewables, Alternative Energy, Life Sciences, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Infrastructure, and Mining.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and select candidates, contacting them regarding availability and suitability for vacancies.
- Actively engage on social media, creating posts and video material.
- Format CVs.
- Interview candidates and prepare interview notes.
- Submit suitable candidates' CVs and interview notes to clients within defined timeframes.
- Arrange interviews upon client request.
- Prepare candidates for interviews.
- Obtain feedback on candidates from clients.
- Serve as a key contact in negotiations between clients and successful candidates for job offers.
- Proactively market existing hot candidates.
- Log jobs onto websites.
- Identify new business potential.
- Add and update candidates on Bullhorn.
- Write job advertisements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current clients and contractors.
- Update interview and vacancy databases.
- Prepare monthly reporting to Fircroft.
- Support company branding initiatives.
