Job Title: Healthcare Data Analyst
About the Role
We are looking for a Healthcare Data Analyst to analyze healthcare datasets, identify trends, and generate insights that support better operational and business decisions. The ideal candidate should have an interest in healthcare analytics and strong data-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare-related datasets.
- Prepare reports on patient, clinical, and operational data.
- Develop dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Use SQL to extract, validate, and manage data.
- Identify trends and patterns to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with healthcare and technical teams.
- Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and reporting standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Master's degree in Healthcare Analytics, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization.
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
