Entry Level Recruiter

About the Role

Brooksource is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter. This role offers a January 2027 Start Date.

Key Responsibilities

• Build talent networks through personal and professional relationships with potential consultants.
• Source and screen qualified candidates to match them with opportunities where they can succeed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to determine client hiring needs.
• Develop a strategy to identify niche-skilled candidates.
• Qualify candidates through an intensive internal interview process (phone, in-person, virtual).
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience for open positions.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviewing, job offer assistance, and interview feedback to candidates.
• Handle daily activities, new problems, and new ventures.
• Provide extensive onboarding and post-placement support to consultants.
• Consistently hit weekly metric goals for phone calls, interviews, and placements.
• Set personal and team goals through sessions with a manager and recruiter support.
• Perform other job duties as assigned by the Company or typical for the position.
