About the Role
Customer Support Executive – Domestic Blended
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer queries, concerns, and service requirements.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
- Follow prescribed process guidelines and communication standards.
- Escalate complex queries whenever required.
- Maintain service quality and customer handling standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome.
- Graduates and undergraduates can apply.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts.
- Willing to work from office in Sector 63, Noida.
Shift Timings
- Shift window: 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
- Working hours: 9 hours.
- Rotational week offs.
