Psychology Intern

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Psychology Intern role based in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and administering psychological assessments relevant to Gen Z audiences and digital communities.
• Support mental health and wellness initiatives.
• Contribute to research on user behavior and engagement.
• Help translate psychological insights into educational and content frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform campaigns, workshops, and programs with evidence-based psychological principles.
• Document findings.
• Maintain ethical standards in data handling.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages in Jaipur is beneficial.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, creative environment with Gen Z-focused projects.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Psychology, including basic theoretical knowledge and applied understanding.
• Ability to assist with Psychological Testing, data collection, and interpretation under supervision.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with team members, participants, and collaborators.
• Interest or experience in Mental Health support, youth wellbeing, or community-based initiatives.
• Background or interest in Education, learning processes, or psychoeducational program development.
• Ability to work ethically with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Basic research skills and familiarity with qualitative or quantitative methods are an advantage.
