Key Responsibilities
- Achieve given shift-wise targets in quality and quantity.
- Timely disposition of rework and rejection with an action plan.
- Conduct training for all operating manpower and subordinates.
- Adhere to improvements and pokayokes installed on the line.
- Maintain process control.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of various manufacturing processes like Forging, Machining, Heat Treatment.
- Basic knowledge of QC tools like Why-Why Analysis, Control Chart, and LC of various measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of understanding Engineering Drawings.
- Basic knowledge of the working of automobiles.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: BE in Mechanical, Production, Automobile or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Age group: 21 - 26 years.
Soft Skills
- Ability to coordinate between different production lines and supervisors to achieve given targets.
- Capability to deal with both on-roll and contractual manpower.
- Good communication skills.
- Interest in working in both a shop-floor and an office environment.
Notes:
- Undergo a one-year training period, followed by a six-month probation period.
- Immediate joiners required.
