About the Role
The Manager Trainee Position is a paid, full-time, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare you for the world of Menards Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Progress through the Manager Trainee program with guidance from General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members.
- Develop an understanding of the business.
