About the Role

This role offers hands-on exposure to building, operating, and scaling a fast-growing e-commerce business. You will work closely with the founding team across multiple business functions and take ownership of projects that directly impact the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founders on business, growth, and operational projects.
• Conduct market, competitor, product, and industry research to support business decisions.
• Identify opportunities for growth, cost optimization, and process improvement.
• Perform data analysis and track business performance using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Support founders in day-to-day business operations and execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and external platform partners.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing, e-commerce, and growth initiatives.
• Conduct product and category-level analysis to identify opportunities.
• Assist with Shopify and other e-commerce operations.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Canva for research, analysis, content, and business-related tasks.
• Create presentations, reports, trackers, and other materials for business decisions.
• Follow up on projects and ensure end-to-end task execution.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and solve problems across different business areas.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Fast learner, comfortable learning independently.

• Ability to handle ambiguity and figure things out.
• Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proficient with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini for research, analysis, and execution.
• Prior familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Students, freshers, and candidates with prior experience are welcome.
• No specific degree requirement. Emphasis on the ability to learn, think, execute, and take ownership.

Internship Details

• Role: Founder’s Office Intern
• Company: Quantivis Retail Pvt. Ltd.
• Location: East Delhi
• Work Mode: Hybrid — 2 days/week from office
• Working Days: Monday–Saturday, any 5 days/week
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Duration: 3–6 months
• Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month
• PPO: Opportunity for a full-time role based on performance.
