CS Trainee, NBFC Compliance

About the Role

Intern for the NBFC Compliance team at Nuvama.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting Compliance Risk Assessment and Testing.
• Support the team in leading compliance gap assessment projects and assist in developing action plans to address identified gaps.
• Overseeing regulatory reporting processes, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and timely submission of reports.
• Support the implementation of compliance monitoring tools and technologies.
• Support audits and other administrative functions as required.
• Assisting in preparing gist of regulatory circulars.
• Assist in other compliance-related activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Qualified CS Professional Level (Completed).
• Preferred: MBA / PGDM (Graduate in 2026).

Skills & Competencies

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic regulatory environment.
