Computer Science Engineer, Entry Level

About the Role

This is a full-time, remote internship for computer science graduates and students looking to explore programming, databases, and testing. The internship duration is 1 to 3 months, with a stipend of up to INR 15,000 per month. You will rotate through various technical areas, gaining exposure to real tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and test small program modules in Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
• Test new features, identify bugs, and log them with clear steps to reproduce.
• Write basic SQL queries and assist in organizing application data.
• Build and update simple web pages or internal tool features.
• Solve coding and logic problems assigned by mentors.
• Learn developer tools such as Git, GitHub, Postman, and VS Code.
• Undertake small tasks from different projects to understand team workflows.
• Provide a short weekly summary of work completed and learnings.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic programming knowledge in at least one language.
• Understanding of core computer science subjects: data structures, DBMS, and operating systems.
• A general understanding of how websites and web applications function.
• Logical thinking and a proactive approach to asking questions.
• Openness to feedback and ability to quickly learn new tools.
• A laptop and stable internet connection for remote work.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub (nice to have).
• Basic knowledge of SQL (nice to have).
• A small project or coding practice profile (nice to have).

Qualifications

• Final-year students and recent graduates from B.Tech/B.E. (CSE, IT, ECE, EEE), BCA, B.Sc (CS/IT), MCA, or related streams.
• Self-taught learners with demonstrable projects or certifications.
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience is not required.
• Must be available full-time for the internship duration.
