Graduate Civil Engineer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Civil Engineer role based in Latur. The role involves assisting in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects such as roads, drainage systems, public buildings, and water supply infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing drawings and estimates.
• Supporting structural and stormwater management analyses.
• Conducting site visits.
• Supervising construction activities.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant codes and government regulations.
• Coordinating with senior engineers, contractors, and local stakeholders.
• Preparing technical reports and documentation.
• Supporting quality control and safety measures on project sites.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in CAD software and common engineering tools.
• Familiarity with MS Office for documentation and reporting.
• Knowledge of relevant IS codes, government standards, and basic contract procedures.

Qualifications

• Skills in Civil Engineering Design and general Civil Engineering principles.
• Skills related to working as Civil Engineers, including basic project supervision and coordination.
• Skills in Planning, including project scheduling and resource planning.
• Skills in Stormwater Management, including drainage design and flood mitigation concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Capacity to work on-site under field conditions.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and community stakeholders.
• Willingness to adhere to government policies, safety guidelines, and ethical standards in public service.
