Brand operations intern

About the Role

Mantis India is a creative content solutions company. We are hiring a Brand Operations Intern for a Part-Time, Remote position, working 15 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Servicing & Project Management

• Coordinate communication between clients, internal team members, freelancers, and creative talent.

• Draft and send clear, structured instruction emails outlining project requirements, responsibilities, deliverables, and timelines.

• Follow up on deliverables, feedback, approvals, and dependencies to keep projects moving.

• Maintain project trackers, document progress and decisions, and keep records of pending tasks and next steps.

• Coordinate social media publishing for Mantis India's business initiatives across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Proposals, Commercials & Business Communication

• Draft client proposals, scope-of-work documents, commercial quotations, and other business-related communication.

• Convert briefs and discussions into structured written documents that clients can understand and act upon.

• Assist in preparing professional emails for new enquiries, project updates, follow-ups, and ongoing client communication.

• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and professionalism across all business documents.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong command of English.
• Ability to draft professional emails, client proposals, commercial documents, and other business communication.
• Takes ownership, documents progress diligently, and follows through on tasks without constant reminders.
