About the Role
We are looking for fresh Law Graduates (LLB) for a short-term 3-month legal research project. The role involves reviewing legal judgments, identifying relevant cases, capturing judgment-related metadata and preparing brief case summaries as per client specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyse legal judgments.
- Identify and select relevant cases based on defined selection criteria.
- Capture and accurately record metadata from legal judgments.
- Prepare concise one-to-two-line summaries of cases as per client requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, quality and adherence to defined project guidelines.
- Complete assigned tasks within stipulated timelines.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- LLB (3-year or 5-year integrated law degree) is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of legal terminology and basic legal concepts.
- Strong reading, comprehension and written English skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to work independently in a remote working environment.
- Candidates must have their own laptop and a stable Wi-Fi/internet connection.
- MacBook devices are not supported.
Work Details
- Project Duration: 3 Months (Short-Term Project)
- Work Mode: 100% Work From Home (WFH)
- Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- Weekly Off: Sunday fixed off
- Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM OR 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM. Fixed shifts; timings are non-negotiable.
- Monthly Compensation: 12,000 – 13,000
Qualifications
- Project Completion Letter will be issued upon successful completion of the 3-month assignment.
