About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, with multiple openings across sales, service, customer support, and operations functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles or parts.
- Manage showroom and yard activities.
- Handle service bookings.
- Coordinate with workshop staff.
- Support delivery and documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Update digital systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for walk-in and repeat customers.
- Support inventory checks.
- Basic merchandising.
- Follow-up calls.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet performance and quality standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong customer-service mindset.
- Willingness to learn automotive product details.
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, fast-paced dealership environment.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers and explain products and services clearly.
- Sales and relationship management skills, such as basic negotiation, lead follow-up, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Operational and administrative skills, including record-keeping, documentation handling, and familiarity with basic computer or digital tools.
- Teamwork and coordination abilities to work closely with showroom, workshop, and back-office teams to deliver consistent service.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Interest in the automotive sector, with willingness to learn about motorcycles, commercial vehicles, automotive components, and tyres.
- Minimum educational background at the high school or diploma level; higher qualifications in commerce, business, or technical fields are an advantage.
- Previous experience in automotive, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred but motivated entry-level candidates will also be considered.
