About the Program
CNA's Tech Summer Internship Program offers a dynamic, 10-12 week training experience with hands-on opportunities in:
- Application Design
- Agile Development (Scrum Master)
- Data Analytics
- Application Development
- Business Process Reengineering
Program Features and Benefits

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be a sophomore, junior, or senior (undergraduate) or in the first year of a Master's program.
- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a Business-related field.
- A minimum 3.00 GPA (overall and major).
- Interest in the Insurance Industry.
- Some previous work experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain positive business relationships.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical aptitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and embrace change.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Program Location
- CNA's corporate headquarters in downtown Chicago.
- Hybrid working model: alternating between in-office and remote work.
