About the Role
We are hiring Telesales Executives for Home Credit to handle customer follow-ups and collection activities over calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments
- Follow up with customers and negotiate payment schedules
- Ensure timely collection and resolution of outstanding dues
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses
- Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hindi and Telugu (Mandatory)
- Day Shift (9:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
Qualifications
- Education: Intermediate / 12th Pass (Minimum)
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
CTC: Up to 22,930
Fixed Surcharge: 4,000
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
Work Location: Bangalore
