Job Title: HR Service Delivery New Associate
About the Role
This role is part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work. You will be an individual contributor, solving routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines. Your primary interaction will be within your own team and with your direct supervisor. You will be given detailed instructions on all tasks, and your decisions will impact your own work and are closely supervised.

- Ensure seamless data management.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Workforce Data Admin - HR Service Delivery
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Webmail)
- Good command over English
Qualifications
- Any Graduation
Experience
- 0 to 1 years of experience.
- 6-12 months of experience in Human Resources Operations (HRO), with expertise in Workforce Data Administration (WFDA), Compensation Management, and Performance Management is a plus.
Other Details
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including nights, is required.
