About the Role
Adzzat is hiring an Operations Associate to manage the day-to-day operations of the company. This role will take operational responsibilities from the COO and run them effectively. Adzzat provides the delivery layer for AI data companies, sourcing and managing vetted engineers, finance experts, and annotators from across India. The company handles vetting, onboarding, quality control, project management, and payouts, ensuring clients receive their output while Adzzat manages the operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end operational process for client projects.
- Scope new client projects, including staffing requirements and timelines.
- Onboard and train new contributors.
- Ensure quality control and manage project timelines.
- Oversee payout processes for contributors.
- Address client escalations and contributor issues.
- Implement solutions for operational challenges.
- Manage and retain top contributors.
Performance Metrics
- On-time delivery of projects.
- First-pass acceptance rate (client acceptance without rework).
- Time from kickoff to first accepted batch.
- Accuracy and timeliness of contributor payouts.
- Retention of top contributors.
- Minimizing founder hours spent on operations.
