We work with founders to help them validate opportunities, build stronger businesses and navigate their next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential startup clients, founders, and business opportunities.
• Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
• Generate leads and support the onboarding of potential clients.
• Assist in building and managing outreach campaigns and follow-ups.
• Support marketing initiatives, including social media content, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Help develop presentations, service proposals, and business development materials.
• Maintain lead databases, track outreach activity, and prepare performance reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Students or recent graduates from BBA, BMS, B.Com, Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communications, or related programs.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, email outreach, and speaking with founders or business professionals.
• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, technology, business, and venture capital.
• Self-motivated, organised, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
• Prior experience is not mandatory; a willingness to learn and execute matters most.

Skills & Tools (Plus)

• Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, Excel, or CRM tools.
