About Monid
Monid is the OpenRouter for agent tools, connecting agents to 3,000 tools and APIs without subscriptions. We are building the tooling infrastructure for the agent economy and have recently raised $7.7M from Long Journey and Madrona. We are a small founding team in SF.
The Role
We are hiring an Operations Intern to work directly with the founders and manage all aspects of running the company. You will sit next to the CEO daily, gain insight into company operations, and then manage a real part of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the company’s backbone: Finance, legal, people, office, and tooling.
- Act as the founders’ right hand, determining and executing tasks to keep the company moving forward.
- Build and establish systems to ensure the company scales effectively.
- Own and manage unassigned, high-impact projects.
Qualifications
- A strong desire to start a company one day and a keen interest in understanding how one is built.
- Relentless attention to detail, with a drive to fix any inaccuracies.
- A proven ability to complete tasks and communicate their completion.
- Good judgment and discretion, with the ability to make decisions independently and know when to involve founders.
- Clear written communication and comfort interacting with diverse individuals, including lawyers, landlords, and bank representatives.
- Currently a student or recent graduate from a top program (any major).
- Ability to work from our SF office (this is not flexible).
