About the Role
Gift is a digital platform dedicated to fostering genuine connections by bringing people together around shared interests. This is a remote, contract role for a Community Engagement Intern.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with the Gift community by facilitating discussions.
- Moderate interactions.
- Interact with music, and interest groups of all kinds.
- Develop strategies to increase user engagement.
- Provide customer support to resolve inquiries.
- Assist with community events.
- Support content initiatives that foster genuine connections among users.
- Active communication and collaboration with both internal teams and the community.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Community Engagement experience.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities.
- Knowledge or experience in Community Management.
- Experience with social media platforms, online communities, or digital content is a plus.
