About the Role

This role involves the development and application of engineering practice and knowledge in the creation and assurance of products and solutions across engineering disciplines. Focuses on Systems Engineering and Product Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Defining the fundamental concepts and properties of an engineered system or product.
• Creatively determining a product's physical form, function, and performance.
• Ensuring the safety, reliability, availability, and maintainability of systems and products.
• Addressing the through-life support and evolution of systems and products via provision and support of documentation and information assets.
• Assessing the whole lifecycle environmental impact against environmental regulations and policies.
• Incorporating renewable energy sources and clean technologies into product and system design.
• Developing competency in own area of expertise.
• Sharing expertise and providing guidance and support to others.
• Interpreting clients' needs.
• Completing own role independently or with minimum supervision.
• Identifying problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations and generating solutions.
• Contributing in teamwork and interacting with customers.
