About the Role
Fast Rank Media is hiring a remote Project Manager to own project delivery end to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Run client campaigns from brief to delivery, including scoping, scheduling, and keeping writers, editors, and outreach staff on track.
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, managing status updates, timelines, and scope changes.
- Build and maintain the delivery pipeline in the PM tool.
- Proactively identify and address slipping deadlines.
- Report weekly on throughput, blockers, and margin per account.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- PMAI: Project Management Artificial Intelligence Certification from Neural Project Institute (certificate link required during application).
- Fluent written English.
- Four hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time.
- Reliable internet and a quiet working setup.
- Fully remote, permanent position.
Qualifications
- No experience required; training will be provided.
