About the Role
Designation: Junior Revenue Cycle Representative - AR Fresher
Job Location: Chennai
Shift Timings: Night Shift (Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off)
Home pick-up and drop facility available
Shift Window: 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM (any 9-hour shift)
Shift allowance of ₹75/day for days worked, reimbursed monthly.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurance companies to resolve unpaid medical claims and investigate claim denials.
- Review and analyze outstanding insurance claims to ensure physician efforts are paid.
- Identify trends and communicate findings/errors to appropriate stakeholders to educate and eliminate future errors.
- Work with the insurance company on behalf of clients, represent them, and resolve claims within timelines and defined service levels.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a fixed night shift.
- Good analytical skills and willingness to learn.
- No Remote or Hybrid work option.
Qualifications
- Candidates with any graduation degree can apply.
- MBA graduates are also eligible.
- Diploma holders are not eligible.
