Start with Handshake and LinkedIn
Handshake shows employers that recruit at your school, and its work authorization filters are the most useful built-in sponsorship filter, though employers fill them in themselves. LinkedIn has the most entry-level postings and is where referrals happen.
Tech new grads: Simplify and the GitHub lists
The SimplifyJobs New-Grad-Positions and Summer internship repositories on GitHub are the best-known curated lists for tech roles, and they flag roles that do not sponsor. Simplify's own app adds autofill and tracking.
International students: check the data, not just the posting
Most postings never mention sponsorship. Jobright and FirstHire attach H-1B filing data from the Department of Labor to jobs; FirstHire counts only entry-level (Level I) filings for new hires, which is closer to what a new grad needs to know. Either way, confirm with the recruiter.
About FirstHire
We make FirstHire. It collects entry-level jobs from LinkedIn and company career sites (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) within minutes, shows each employer's entry-level H-1B record, and tailors your resume to each job on a one-page US Letter template.
