Field Support Engineer

📍 Location: Okhla Phase 1, Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot biometric machines, software, and access control systems at client sites.
• Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software-related issues.
• Conduct client training and assist with system setup and configuration.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation of client interactions.
• Travel extensively across Delhi NCR for client visits and technical support.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and client-handling abilities.
• Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with extensive field travel.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma / BCA in Hardware & Networking.
• Prior experience with biometric systems or access control solutions will be an added advantage.

In-Hand Salary: ₹20,000–₹26,000 per month

Service Agreement: 2 Years
