Key Responsibilities
- Customer Services
- Meet and greet customers.
- Assist customers throughout the shopping journey.
- Share product features and benefits with customers.
- Explain services, build trust and loyalty.
- Resolve customer queries pre and post-sale.
- Ensure product delivery to the customer on time.
- Receive feedback from customers on services and products.
- Inventory Management
- Perform daily quick counts of all PIDs available in the store.
- Receive bulk shipments, perform physical counts, and mark receipts in the system daily.
- Perform daily replenishment to fill display gaps.
- Check bad inventory/damaged products and place them in designated areas.
- Ensure daily handover and receiving of products from VRX through HOP App.
- Highlight inventory mismatches/discrepancies to the Store Manager.
- Operation Process
- Follow VM Guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness.
- Update all SOPs Files on a daily basis.
- Reconcile daily cash and card sales.
