Who are the candidates?+
Freshers and recent graduates who use FirstHire to find jobs, mostly from engineering and computer science. Each one agrees to share their results with you before the test starts.
How do you stop cheating?+
The test runs in full screen with the camera and microphone on. We log tab switches and block paste, flag code typed from another screen or copied from other candidates, and ask each candidate to explain their own code out loud. You see an integrity score for every candidate.
