Best Apps and Sites for Off Campus Drives (2027 Batch)

Off campus drives are announced in many places at once: the company's own portal, job boards and a lot of Telegram channels. Here is where each kind of drive shows up first and how much you can trust it.

From our data: FirstHire tracks 41 companies' fresher hiring and found 112 walk-in drives this week, including Rajesh Popli (17 to 31 Oct), Omega Healthcare (19 to 31 Oct), Ienergizer (19 to 30 Oct).

Always confirm on the company's own portal

For named programs such as TCS NQT, Infosys, Wipro or Cognizant GenC, the company portal is the only place that is always right about eligibility, test dates and the application link. Every other site, including ours, should send you there.

Job boards: where most drives appear

Naukri carries most IT services mass hiring and walk-in drives. LinkedIn is stronger for product companies and startups. Unstop hosts hiring challenges that replace the first test round for some employers.

Telegram: fast but risky

Telegram channels repost drives quickly, but nobody checks them, and police advisories warn about task scams and fee-based fake offers spread this way. Use them to hear about a drive, then apply only through the official link.

FirstHire: one place, minutes after posting

We make FirstHire. It watches LinkedIn, Naukri and Unstop, shows walk-in dates and venues when the posting gives them, and has a page for each big fresher program with its eligibility and live openings. Every job links to the original posting.

Frequently asked questions

Where are off campus drives announced first?

On the company's own career portal, then on Naukri, LinkedIn and Unstop within hours. Telegram channels repost them, often without the official link.

Which companies run off campus drives for the 2027 batch?

The large IT services firms (TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, HCLTech, Tech Mahindra) run yearly fresher programs, and many product companies hire through LinkedIn and hiring challenges. See the company pages on FirstHire for each one's current openings.

Do I have to pay to register for an off campus drive?

Genuine employers do not charge candidates. Some companies run paid third-party tests (for example TCS iON's paid NQT), which are optional; the company's free registration route is separate.
